We are looking for a Document Controller cum Assistant to Engineer to join our team and support the engineering department with organized documentation and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all construction documentation (drawings, RFIs, submittals, approvals, etc.)
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date construction logs.
  • Assist engineers in tracking site progress and reporting.
  • Prepare reports, trackers, and summaries using Excel.
  • Ensure proper filing, retrieval, and version control of all documents.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Document Controller in the construction field is mandatory.
  • Must have a clear understanding of construction site documentation flow and logs.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Male or Female, both are encouraged to apply.
