About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and strategic individual to join our organization and contribute to our mission. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and paid media teams, to execute marketing initiatives and ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns across email marketing, social media marketing, performance marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Brand Management:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies for all brands under Horizon Technologies' portfolio to drive growth and market presence.
    • Assist in strategizing and delegating tasks to the marketing team to ensure efficiency and productivity.
    • Align brand messaging, positioning, and storytelling across all digital channels while ensuring visual and content consistency.
  • Campaign Planning, Execution & Creative Oversight:
    • Ideate, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns, ensuring maximum impact on lead generation and conversions.
    • Manage and optimize campaigns across social media, email marketing, performance marketing, and SEO.
    • Ensure high-quality content creation, brand storytelling, and visual design standards are met across all channels.
    • Work closely with designers and content creators to maintain aesthetic appeal and brand consistency in all marketing materials.
  • Lead Generation & Revenue Optimization:
    • Identify opportunities for improving lead acquisition and conversion through digital channels.
    • Optimize conversion funnels across platforms, ensuring customer engagement and retention.
    • Conduct competitor analysis to enhance market positioning.
  • Content Writing & Creative Direction:
    • Oversee the development of engaging, high-quality content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
    • Provide direction on visual branding, design elements, and creative aesthetics to maintain a strong brand identity.
    • Ensure content is optimized for both SEO and audience engagement.
  • Collaboration & Team Leadership:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and paid media teams, to execute marketing initiatives.
    • Act as the go-to person for the marketing team in the absence of the Digital Marketing Manager.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to improve digital marketing efforts and ROI.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization:
    • Monitor analytics and provide reports on brand performance and marketing efforts.
    • Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve customer engagement.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing strategies.
