We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant for Water and Sanitation to lead technical assistance projects for water utilities, providing services to a minimum of 500,000 inhabitants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the water sector and significant international experience working for water and sanitation utilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical assistance projects for water utilities, ensuring effective project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and expertise in water sector management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance of water utilities, focusing on efficiency, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years of international experience working for water and sanitation utilities.
  • Demonstrated experience as a manager of water utilities (at least 1).
  • Demonstrated experience as a Team Leader for technical assistance to water utilities providing services to min. 500,000 inhabitants (at least 2).
