Job Title: Social Media Professional

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Social Media Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our company's social media platforms, creating engaging content, and maintaining a strong online presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze online reputation factors and measure brand reputation using various tools and metrics.
  • Develop and implement effective content strategies to create a positive client experience via email, posts, and tweets.
  • Contribute to the development of the brand's excellent reputation by regularly reviewing information about our products and services from various outlets.
  • Monitor and respond to negative comments on social media in a professional and timely manner.
  • Identify potential negative situations and crises and use conflict resolution concepts to resolve issues effectively.
  • Implement measures to prevent and address online reputation threats.
  • Assess and improve revised and new content for SEO optimization.
  • Analyze ongoing trends and mitigation options by collecting and analyzing online data.
  • Prepare regular reports for management to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business Management, Communication, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • At least 3.5 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management.
  • Hands-on experience with social analytics, SEO, business intelligence, and social media listening tools.
  • Working knowledge of content development and management.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, time management, and interpersonal skills.
