About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Social Media Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our company's social media presence, creating engaging content, and analyzing user feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze reputation factors and measure brand reputation by regularly reviewing information about our products and services from various outlets.
  • Create positive client experiences by providing excellent content via email, posts, and tweets.
  • Contribute to the brand's excellent reputation by examining negative comments on social media and providing professional responses.
  • Recognize possible negative situations and crises, and use conflict resolution concepts to solve issues.
  • Provide mechanisms to prevent and effectively deal with online reputation threats.
  • Monitor and assess revised and new content to make improvement suggestions for SEO optimization.
  • Detect ongoing trends and mitigation options by collecting and analyzing online data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business Management, Communication, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 3.5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management.
  • Hands-on experience with social analytics, SEO, business intelligence, and social media listening tools.
  • Working knowledge of content development and management.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, time management, and interpersonal skills.
