Job Overview

This role is focused on developing and executing core brand strategies in the social and digital space. The individual will be responsible for using digital channels including web, social and search engine marketing for lead acquisition and engagement.

Responsibilities
  • We are seeking a highly effective leader who is capable of being a thought leader and internal functional expert in the digital and social space.
  • The position requires a clear, confident communicator with deep digital experience and a demonstrated data-driven focus.
  • The successful candidate will be accountable for digital and social media strategy across all current social platforms.
  • They will conceive, create and execute innovative online media and social marketing programs.
  • Key responsibilities include tracking conversion rates and making improvements, developing and managing digital marketing campaigns, and responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing.
  • The individual will evaluate customer research, market condition and competitor data to stay ahead of the curve.
  • They will also review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
Requirements
  • MBA with specialization in Marketing or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; creative/editorial copywriting experience is a plus.
  • Experience of working independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with a variety of online content management systems.
  • Expert in managing digital production and managing projects on top of monitoring social accounts.
  • Contacts and well-developed relationships across relevant online press channels; experience executing social public relations campaigns.
  • Expert in digital analytics and media tracking tools.
  • Wide understanding of digital marketing solutions including: digital advertising, web and mobile sites, social media, SEO & SEM, digital media, CRM, e-commerce, technology and analytics.
  • Experience with online monitoring and measurement platforms including but not limited to Omniture, Facebook Insights, YouTube Insights, Google Analytics, HootSuite, Percolate, Radian6, etc.
  • Excellent written communication skills in a variety of different mediums and styles.
  • A solid understanding of ethical search engine optimization techniques.
  • Able to respond quickly and think concisely under pressure.
  • Exhibits flexibility, determination and enthusiasm.
  • Able to cope well under pressure and meet deadlines.
