About the Role

The primary objective of this position is to contribute towards the development and implementation of HIV/AIDS programs in Pakistan.

This includes:

  1. Supporting the creation and execution of program strategies;
  2. Collaborating with local stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness;
  3. Fostering a culture of accountability and transparency within the team;

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Development: The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive program plans that align with organizational goals.

  • Community Engagement: The individual will engage with local communities, fostering partnerships and building trust to drive program success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a relevant field such as Public Health, Social Work, or International Development;
  • Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in program management, community development, or a related field;
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
