Sales Role:

We are looking for a skilled Sales Representative to join our team and drive revenue growth through truck dispatch services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.

Key Accountabilities:

  3. Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of our truck dispatch services, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Effectively communicate technical details in a way that aligns with clients' operational goals.
  4. Custom Solutions: Collaborate with clients to tailor truck dispatch solutions that address their specific logistics challenges. Present proposals and negotiate terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  5. Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, fostering long-term relationships. Anticipate and respond to client needs promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  6. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry regulations, technological advancements, and market trends. Provide feedback to the team to enhance our services and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales within the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Strong understanding of truck dispatch services and logistics operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
