About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounting Professional to join our team. As a Financial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and analyzing our company's financial activities.

You will provide valuable insights and recommendations to upper management, enabling informed business decisions.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Financial Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing regular reports and interpreting key data.
  2. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to improve financial performance and drive business growth.
  3. Cost Management: Analyze and manage costs, identifying areas for reduction and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
  4. Trend Analysis: Identify and analyze trends in financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to upper management.
  5. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, working closely with auditors and other stakeholders.
  6. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful outcomes.
  7. Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, continuing professional development through training and education.
  8. Business Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with other departments and stakeholders, communicating effectively to drive business growth and success.
Requirements
  1. Relevant Experience: Proven experience as a Senior Accounting Professional in a financial role.
  2. Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the financial sector and its trends, with a strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficient user of finance software, with a strong understanding of financial modeling and forecasting.
  4. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  5. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, with a professional certification such as CFA/CPA or similar.
