We are looking for a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working on multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing resource allocation.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting leadership in project planning, preparing sales proposals, project plans, timelines, budgets, and documentation. They will also be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts, to ensure alignment.

Responsibilities
  • Coordination of multiple projects across various models
  • Preparation of sales proposals, project plans, timelines, budgets, and documentation
  • Coordination with cross-functional teams

Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for:

  • Talent bookkeeping, including tracking resources allocated to projects and those awaiting project allocations
  • Aarranging trainings for bench resources to help employees develop their skills and knowledge
  • Maintaining an up-to-date collection of resumes of all resources available on bench
  • Maintaining an up-to-date skillset database of employees
  • Coordinating with HR to source talent from vendors
  • Converting candidate resumes to standard organizational template
  • Coordinating with sales team to provide talent for interviews with prospective customers
  • Ensuring availability of talent for interviews with prospective customers as per the schedule
  • Managing onboarding of talent with customers in staff augmentation model in both offsite and onsite positions
  • Assisting in logistical arrangements for customer visits
  • Developing accurate reports by gathering, analyzing, and visualizing various datasets using Microsoft Excel
  • Developing high quality PowerPoint presentations
  • Conducting surveys within organization and reporting results
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in any of software development, quality assurance, project management, project coordination
  • Fluent communication in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong knowledge of Excel functions and formulas
  • Excellent data analysis and visualization skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Nice-to-have: proficiency with Microsoft Project
  • Flexibility to create time overlap with stakeholders in US time zone during their morning hours
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
