Automotive Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Specialist to join our team. As an Automotive Specialist, you will be responsible for examining and diagnosing vehicles to identify any issues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automobile technology and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers.

This role requires a high level of technical expertise, including knowledge of labor time estimates and the ability to inspect vehicle engines and mechanical/electrical components accurately.

The successful candidate will have a diploma or B-Tech degree in Automobile and a minimum of five years' experience in the same field. Overseas experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Examine and diagnose vehicles to identify any issues.
2. Develop and implement effective work procedures in cooperation with Team Leader & Manager Operations.
3. Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections and repairs.
4. Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers.

Requirements:

• Diploma or B-Tech degree in Automobile.
• A minimum of five years' experience in the same field.
• Overseas experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
