As a skilled horticultural professional, you will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal and health of our gardens and grounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine garden maintenance tasks such as watering, pruning, weeding, and fertilizing
  • Plant new flowers, shrubs, and trees according to design plans
  • Maintain and repair garden structures and equipment
  • Identify and treat plant diseases and pests
  • Create and maintain compost bins
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in gardening or landscaping
  • Knowledge of various plants, their growing requirements, and maintenance techniques
  • Ability to operate gardening tools and equipment safely
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
  • Good communication skills
  • A positive attitude towards teamwork
  • Preference will be given to candidates with a formal horticulture or landscaping education
