Job Summary

The Hr Manager role entails providing guidance and support to administrators and employee representatives on personnel-related matters, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

In this capacity, you will interpret and communicate laws and regulations to ensure the agency is aware of its legal responsibilities, working closely with the Legal Department as necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will develop and implement personnel rules and regulations, as well as interpret and administer human resources-related provisions of collective bargaining agreements.
  • Your analysis and research skills will be essential in identifying areas for improvement within assigned functional areas, enabling you to make recommendations for enhanced processes and procedures.
  • Beyond your technical expertise, strong collaboration and relationship-building skills are crucial for establishing effective partnerships with various functional and departmental areas of the organization.
  • You will train and evaluate subordinates, preparing preliminary budget reports for assigned functional areas, and represent the Human Resources Department at key meetings.
