Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team as an IT Support Executive. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software, with experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and operation of small to medium networks.
  • Configuring and installing various network devices and services such as routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, and QoS.
  • Administering corporate or business user accounts, managing mail servers, printer servers, and web servers.
  • Experience in systems management, monitoring, and sustainment, including hardware repair for servers, PCs, peripheral equipment, and software installation, maintenance, and sustainment.
  • Implementing and administering Active Directory, DHCP/DNS/RADIUS Servers, and expertise in Mikrotik and PFsense & Hardware Firewalls.
  • Understanding virtualization technologies such as VMware ESXi host and Hyper-V.
  • Hands-on experience defining multiple virtual servers on a single host machine.
  • Blocking web/application access to prevent known malware attacks.
  • Overseeing the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end-user workstation hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
  • Performing troubleshooting, archiving, and backup of the server.
  • Call center system knowledge with Asterisk server is a plus, team management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-4+ years of experience in network and system administration with a focus on security.
  • A strong understanding of G Suite (Google Workspace), including user management, email configuration, and administrative controls.
  • In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VLAN, BGP, OSPF) and secure network architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with firewall technologies (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA) and VPN configurations.
  • Strong knowledge of server administration (Windows, Linux), system hardening techniques, and user authentication protocols (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory).
  • Proficiency in configuring security technologies such as IDS/IPS, encryption tools, and endpoint protection.
