Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an organizational quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Review, update, and maintain quality policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure alignment with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ensuring seamless integration across departments.
  • Oversee the design and execution of quality control processes, guaranteeing operational consistency and adherence to established quality benchmarks.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, providing actionable insights to management.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency gains.
  • Pursue data-driven improvements based on analysis and trends.
  • Plan and conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with ISO 9001 standards, ensuring corrective actions are taken promptly.
  • Collaborate with department heads to address and rectify non-conformities identified during audits.
  • Coordinate updates and revisions of documents with relevant departments as needed.
  • Ensure the organization's readiness for external assessments and certifications.
Job Specification

Qualification and Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in quality management or a related field is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in quality management, Business Administration, or a related field is necessary.
  • Certification in Quality Management, such as Certified Quality Manager or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems is essential.
  • A strong understanding of quality principles, processes, and methodologies is crucial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Detail-oriented individuals with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities will thrive in this role.
  • The ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams is vital.
