We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a Lead Conversion Specialist position. This role requires a talented individual with strong communication skills and a proven track record of successfully converting leads into sales.

The successful candidate will be responsible for following up on hot and cold leads, converting inquiries into sales, explaining the benefits of our platforms, and updating CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Management: Follow up on hot and cold leads to convert them into sales.

  3. Customer Relationship Management: Update CRM systems to track customer interactions and sales performance.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1+ year experience in sales, preferably in the forex industry.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Target-Driven Mindset: A proactive and results-driven approach to meet sales targets and achieve business objectives.
  • CRM Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM systems to manage customer relationships and sales performance.
