About the Role

The HR Generalist Leader will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to the organization. This includes recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, select, and hire top talent to fill various positions within the organization.
  • Maintain open and transparent communication with employees to address any concerns or issues.
  • Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, life insurance, and retirement plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, worker's compensation, and antidiscrimination laws.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure a fair and equitable work environment.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, including 4-6 years in leadership roles.
  • Fully conversant with employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
