We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and generate IT Consultant Placement leads.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of experience in any field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of computer systems and applications.
- Self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for utilizing various marketing and sales strategies to generate consultant placement leads. They will also follow up on the placement leads and close deals. Additionally, they will monitor current market trends and provide reports on the same.
The successful candidate will ensure customer satisfaction with products and services. They will also coordinate with other departments to provide an optimal customer experience.
A bachelor's degree in any field is required, along with at least one year of experience in any field. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as knowledge of computer systems and applications.
They should be self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
