We are seeking an experienced Project Management professional to lead ERP initiatives and business process transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis of organizational gaps and oversee implementation or upgrades of ERP systems, ensuring alignment with business processes.

  • Drive change management and process improvements across ERP platforms with a focus on automation, coaching, and user training.

  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, vendors, and digital service providers, ensuring effective communication, process alignment, and solution delivery.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance business performance through digital transformation and new technology initiatives.

  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of ERP and IT projects.

  • Collaborate with users to develop project requirements and engage stakeholders in decision-making processes.

  • Evaluate vendor proposals and provide strategic recommendations based on business needs.

  • Ensure project delivery within defined scope, timeline, and budget constraints.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans and monitor progress, adjusting scope, timeline, and cost as needed.

  • Apply change management techniques to handle project adjustments and minimize impact.

  • Track project performance using relevant tools and report progress to senior management.

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and third-party vendors.

  • Identify and manage project risks to minimize their impact.

  • Maintain detailed project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field from a recognized institution.

  • Minimum 8 years of experience managing IT and ERP-related projects for corporate business functions such as Supply Chain, Finance, and HR — preferably in a large organization.

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in ERP system implementation, migration, or technical/functional support (preferably Oracle EBS).

  • Strong understanding of enterprise systems, back-office solutions, and operational platforms, ideally within a complex industry.

  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL are preferred.

  • Deep understanding of financial and supply chain processes, including:

    • Core Financials (GL, AP, AR, CM, FA)

    • Airline Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Reporting

    • Route Profitability

    • Sourcing, Contracting, and Tendering

    • Supplier Management, Spend Analysis

    • Procurement, Inventory, Asset, and Warehouse Management

  • Proven experience in implementing ERP, Source-to-Pay, and Enterprise Performance Management systems in large organizations.

  • Ability to ensure delivery of both functional and non-functional requirements.

  • Experience with system integration design and development, including external interfaces and integration platforms.

  • Sound knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, security, and system architecture.

  • Expertise in business process documentation, requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, CRP sessions, training, and system implementation.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills with attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and team management skills.
