We are seeking an experienced Planning & Fulfillment Lead to oversee planning operations across the HUB. This senior role involves leading Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), demand forecasting, inventory management, and ERP process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background with strategic supply chain leadership and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
  • Optimize capacity utilization, inventory levels, and delivery performance.
  • Manage demand forecasting, short-term planning, and supplier alignment.
  • Oversee inventory accuracy and initiatives to reduce Sales in Excess.
  • Drive process improvements through ERP and planning system enhancements.
  • Lead and develop the Planning & Fulfillment (P&F) team.
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams.
  • Ensure compliance with HUB regulations and align with business goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • At least 8 years of experience in planning, supply chain, or operations.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP, Lean Six Sigma, or PMP are a plus.
