- Hiring Manager Partnerships: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and organizational needs.
- Candidate Engagement: Engage with candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referral programs.
Requirements include a bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition is required. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is essential.
