Job Title: Probate Paralegal

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as a Probate Paralegal. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support in the areas of estate planning, administration, probate, and elder law.

About the Job
  • This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning, elder law, or a related field.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting attorneys with client meetings and document preparation;
  • Coordinating with clients to gather information and documents necessary for case management;
  • Preparing and reviewing legal documents, including wills, trusts, and probate pleadings;
  • Organizing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files;
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning, elder law, or a related field;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Benefits
