Human Resources Support Professional

At our organization, we strive to create a positive employee experience from day one. This role plays a critical part in achieving this goal by serving as a culture ambassador and contributing to the implementation and support of human resources programs, policies, and practices.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR operations and be able to effectively communicate with employees and internal teams to provide operational support for HR programs. Responsibilities include overseeing new hire orientation, onboarding, and offboarding, efficiently handling employee service requests, and proactively managing HRIS data quality.
We are looking for an exceptional individual who is highly resourceful, detail-oriented, and has excellent time management and clear communication habits. The successful candidate will demonstrate proactive initiative, accountability, and comfort with autonomy in a remote work environment.
Key qualifications include:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent HR experience, coupled with a commitment to confidentiality and the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
- 2-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Operations, or similar role, preferably in the technology industry, with 2+ years of Workday experience.
