Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Solutions Engineer to provide technical pre-sales support to our sales team and demonstrate the value of our data integration products to potential clients.

As a Data Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting the sales team in demonstrating product value to prospective clients through the development and presentation of technical demonstrations and proof of concepts, as well as responding to technical inquiries.

You will also engage in customer success activities such as on-boarding, training, troubleshooting, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Additionally, you will understand customer requirements and translate them into appropriate technical solutions, guiding clients through the installation and configuration process of our products and ensuring smooth integration with their existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical pre-sales support and assist the sales team in demonstrating product value to prospective clients.
  • Develop and present technical demonstrations and proof of concepts.
  • Engage in customer success activities including on-boarding, training, and troubleshooting.
  • Understand customer requirements and translate them into appropriate technical solutions.
  • Guide clients through the installation and configuration process of our products.
  • Deliver training to customers to ensure they fully understand how to use our products.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, engineering, or a related field is required. Fresh graduates or professionals with 1+ years of experience are encouraged to apply.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely to the team and stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation skills to demonstrate product-based solutions to prospective customers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
  • Able to learn new technologies and tools rapidly to meet business needs.
  • Knowledge of databases, data warehousing, data science, and analytics is a plus.
