
Administrative Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled administrative operations manager to join our team. As an administrative manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our organization by leading administrative operations and driving business growth.
Your primary responsibility will be to plan, coordinate, and implement administrative procedures and systems to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity. You will also be required to manage budgets, monitor inventory levels, and maintain facilities services.
In addition to these core responsibilities, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing personnel, allocating responsibilities, and ensuring the effective use of office space. You will also be expected to assess staff performance, provide coaching and guidance, and facilitate communication within the organization.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of administration management experience, with a strong understanding of office management procedures and departmental policies. You should also be familiar with financial and facilities management principles, as well as proficient in MS Office.
You will work closely with other teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency. Your analytical mind and problem-solving skills will enable you to tackle complex challenges and find creative solutions.
