Job Title: Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with departments to identify learning opportunities and create a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in administration and human resources, preferably in the non-profit sector.
  • Strong knowledge of administration and HR practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
