Job Title: Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:- Administration and Logistics:
- Oversee the efficient management of administrative processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement systems to improve office operations, including communication, procurement, and record-keeping.
- Monitor the performance of administration staff and provide guidance to ensure effective execution of responsibilities.
- Human Resource Management:
- Design and implement HR policies and procedures, focusing on workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, and employee development.
- Develop and manage compensation systems, ensuring internal equity and alignment with industry standards.
- Lead the recruitment and selection process, identifying top candidates through transparent and effective evaluation methods.
- Implement performance management systems, providing regular feedback and coaching to employees.
- Employee Development:
- Analyze training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with departments to identify learning opportunities and create a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in administration and human resources, preferably in the non-profit sector.
- Strong knowledge of administration and HR practices, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
