Job Title: Nursing Faculty Member

We are seeking an experienced educator to join our team as a nursing faculty member. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students in the discipline of nursing.

Teaching and Learning

Your primary responsibility will be to teach nursing students in a variety of settings, including classrooms, clinical environments, and online platforms. You will develop and implement curriculum content, assess student learning, and provide constructive feedback to enhance student performance.

In addition to teaching, you will also contribute to the development of nursing programs and courses, participate in departmental meetings and committees, and engage in ongoing professional development to stay current in the field of nursing education.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A master's degree in Nursing or a related field is required.
  • Experience in teaching in higher education is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to interact effectively with students, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • A commitment to student-centered learning and continuous quality improvement is vital to ensuring that students receive a high-quality educational experience.
