Job Description
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a key role in our sales team. Your responsibilities will include initiating contact with potential customers, generating leads, setting up qualified meetings, and providing demos.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to potential leads through various channels to generate interest in our products/services.
- Conduct thorough research on prospects and tailor communication to meet their specific needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies, share insights, and contribute to the overall sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in our CRM system.
- Qualify the prospect and set up an appointment for the Sales specialist.
- Daily phone calls/emails, contact business decision-makers, build quick rapport, assess needs, and set an appointment for a demo.
- Explain client products/solutions and value propositions to businesses of different verticals and sizes.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales quota, ~80 calls per day, and 4 meetings per week.
- Set meeting appointments and schedule follow-up tasks for the sales team.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4-5 years of consistent and relevant experience in B2B telesales, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes is a plus.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a strong desire to succeed in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Very strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Well-organized and structured working style.
- Great team player with irresistible enthusiasm.
- Superb English communication skills in both written and verbal (C1 level English).
- Consistent in previous employment.
- 40 hours work week, no work on Saturdays and Sundays.
