Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Support Staff Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our managers and employees, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence
  • Assist in daily office needs, such as ordering supplies, maintaining filing systems, and performing data entry tasks
  • Liaise with internal and external clients, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and providing general customer service
  • Develop and maintain a filing system, both physical and digital, to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, including sending invitations, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
  • Prepare regularly scheduled reports, including gathering data, formatting documents, and presenting findings
  • Maintain contact lists, including updating records, verifying information, and communicating with stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Familiarity with CRM software and database management
