
Personal and Administrative Assistant

We are Winnors Remote Staff, a dynamic and growing team of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional results. We are seeking an experienced Creative Executive Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to our CEO. If you are a highly organized and skilled individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for the CEO, ensuring no conflicts and all time-sensitive tasks are addressed.
- Manage the CEO's personal schedule, including arranging travel and accommodations, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Develop, write, and publish engaging blog content on a weekly basis, aligned with the CEO's or company's vision.
- Update and maintain the CEO's Wordpress website to ensure all content is current and presented professionally.
- Utilize Zoho One, Calendly, Zoom, and Outlook to perform administrative duties effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Experience working with US or UK-based organisations.
- Fluent in English (both speaking and writing).
- Strong telephone etiquette.
- Bachelor's degree (Graduate).
