Urban Planning Expert: Delivering Sustainable Solutions

We are seeking a skilled Urban Planning Expert to join our team in delivering sustainable solutions for rural development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing program documents and conducting site analysis, baseline reviews, and feasibility studies to evaluate the suitability of locations for infrastructure development.

The ideal candidate will have advanced university degree in urban planning, regional planning, or a related field, and at least 1 year of progressive professional experience in urban planning, with proficiency in GIS, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator, and urban simulation tools. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential for success in this role.

In collaboration with planners, government agencies, and local communities, you will develop cohesive design visions that enhance functionality while preserving cultural and historical integrity. You will integrate sustainable and environmentally responsible design principles, prioritizing heritage conservation and local cultural identity.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Minimum Requirements:
Education: Advanced university degree in urban planning, regional planning, or a related field.
Technical and Functional Experience: At least 1 year of progressive professional experience in urban planning, with proficiency in GIS, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator, and urban simulation tools.
Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English is required, with fluency and/or working knowledge of Urdu desirable.
