  • Familiarity with LTE OSS-KPI degradation reason analysis and OSS-KPI optimization process is crucial.
  • The candidate must have capability in KPI optimization solutions.
  • A hard-working attitude and willingness to accept overtime for urgent project tasks are required.
  • Good service awareness as a qualified RF service engineer is essential.
  • Proficiency in basic RF office software such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; skilled in report summary and presentation for RF daily work.
  • Experience with LTE major enhancement features and solutions, such as VOLTE, MLB, eSrvcc, and CSFB; experience in feature or solution deployment and evaluation.
  • Good skills in Huawei RF basic tools, such as Genexcloud, Omstart, FMA, U2020, and U-net.
