We are seeking a talented 4/5G Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of our network infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective network strategies in collaboration with customers.
  2. Analyze and optimize KPI degradation reasons using OSS-KPI optimization processes.
  3. Optimize KPI solutions and ensure seamless network operations.
  4. Maintain good service awareness as a qualified RF service engineer.
  5. Utilize proficiency in basic RF office software such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for report summary and presentation.
  6. Apply knowledge of major enhancement features and solutions, such as VOLTE, MLB, eSrvcc, and CSFB, to drive network performance.
  7. Leverage familiarity with Huawei RF basic tools, such as Genexcloud, Omstart, FMA, U2020, and U-net, to streamline network management.
  8. Ensure a strong understanding of LTE or 5G NR theoretical knowledge is maintained at all times.

Requirements:

  • Strong theoretical knowledge of LTE or 5G NR.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with OSS-KPI degradation reason analysis and optimization processes.
  • Ability to optimize KPI solutions.
  • Hard-working attitude and willingness to accept overtime for urgent project tasks.
  • Good service awareness as a qualified RF service engineer.
  • Proficiency in basic RF office software such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with major enhancement features and solutions, such as VOLTE, MLB, eSrvcc, and CSFB.
