Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven professional to join our team as a Sales Growth Specialist. This role involves generating qualified leads, managing the sales process, and contributing directly to revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities through research, cold calling, networking, and digital channels.
- Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct client meetings, product/service presentations, and follow-ups to close deals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Regularly update and manage leads, contacts, and opportunities in CRM software.
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to align strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
- Prepare business proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely conversion.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation roles.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
