Senior Supply Chain Professional - Formulation Fill & Pack Operations

This Senior Supply Chain Professional will be responsible for leading the supply chain management of the formulation, fill and pack operations within the Asia, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) region.

About the Role:

  • This Senior Supply Chain Professional will be accountable for developing and maintaining a 5-year capacity plan for the region, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • He/She will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement effective supply chain strategies, leveraging technology to drive efficiency and reduce costs.
  • The successful candidate will have experience in managing complex supply chains, with a strong focus on risk management and quality assurance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a 5-year capacity plan for the region, aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective supply chain strategies, leveraging technology to drive efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage and mitigate risks associated with supply chain disruptions, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in production/manufacturing supply chain management and capacity planning.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing supply chain strategies, driving efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Strong leadership skills, with ability to influence stakeholders and build high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
