Job Title: Corporate Finance Manager">

The primary function of the Corporate Finance Manager is to provide critical support in managing all banking relationships and financial facilities. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including banks, bill discounting companies, and letter of credit providers.

To be successful in this position, the ideal candidate should possess a broad range of skills and the ability to apply them effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong finance professional with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills will be well-suited for this role.

The Corporate Finance Manager will also be responsible for filing monthly or annually with tax authorities, handling corporate finance requirements, and dealing with leasing finance and insurance companies regarding company assets and their clearance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide key support in managing all banking relationships and financial facilities;
