Job Title: Senior Financial Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective financial policies to drive business growth.
  2. Prepare and present in-depth financial reports, including financial statements and analysis.
  3. Monitor financial performance against plans, making recommendations to management on necessary actions.
  4. Manage cash flow, forecasting future financial needs and ensuring sufficient funds are available.
  5. Establish strong relationships with stakeholders, including banks and investors.
  6. Oversee the preparation of tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax legislation.
  7. Maintain accurate financial records, recording all transactions appropriately.
  8. Lead and manage the finance function, providing guidance and support to staff members.
  9. Review and update financial policies in response to changing business needs and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting software and other relevant tools and technologies.
