Key Responsibilities

The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for:

  • Visitor Management: Greeting and welcoming visitors, managing visitor logs, and controlling access to the premises.
  • Administrative Support: Handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries, and managing correspondence.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Scheduling appointments and meetings, managing conference room reservations, and coordinating with other departments.
  • Information Dissemination: Providing information about the organization's products, services, or events to visitors, and answering general queries.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of appointments, meetings, and visitor information.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Proficiency in office software and equipment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with composure.
