Position OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our remote team. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introduce them to our AI-powered customer engagement solutions, and schedule product demos.
Key Responsibilities- Initiate outbound phone calls to prospective clients, introducing Pam's AI-driven solutions.
- Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, resilience, and politeness, even in the face of rejection.
- Achieve and exceed targets for demo bookings and sales conversions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
- Accurately log interactions and outcomes in the HubSpot CRM system.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a sales or business development role.
- Native or near-native English proficiency with exceptional communication skills.
- Proven ability to book appointments and close deals.
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain composure under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and persuasive demeanor.
- Self-motivated and ambitious, driven by commission-based incentives.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM is required.
- Must have a personal laptop and be able to work U.S. Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
- Immediate availability to start.
- Base Salary: 139,000 PKR per month.
- Compensation Structure: 50% base salary + 50% commission.
- Target Monthly Earnings: Up to 300,000 PKR based on performance.
- Growth Opportunities: High-performing reps can advance to Account Executive roles with increased commissions.
