Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as an Associate Consultant. As an Associate Consultant, you will play a key role in providing consulting services related to human resources, talent management, and organisational development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support to clients to help them optimise their workforce, enhance employee engagement, and drive organisational effectiveness.
  • Analyse client needs and develop people and organisation strategies.
  • Work closely with clients to assess HR processes, policies, and systems, and provide guidance on HR transformation, technology implementation, and service delivery models.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field, or fresh graduate in an HR-related degree.
  • Demonstrated skills in applying a learning mindset and taking ownership for personal development.
  • Able to appreciate diverse perspectives, needs, and feelings of others.
  • Actively listen, ask questions to check understanding, and clearly express ideas.
  • Gather information from various sources to analyse facts and discern patterns.
  • Commit to understanding how the business works and building commercial awareness.
  • Learn and apply professional and technical standards, uphold the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.
