Job Description

We are seeking an experienced business development leader to spearhead expansion efforts, build strategic partnerships, and lead communications initiatives to strengthen our brand presence worldwide.

This is a mid-senior level full-time position in the information technology sector for a company looking to expand globally.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent consultative selling skills, and outstanding verbal and written communication in English. Additional language proficiency is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Expansion & Opportunity Identification: Identify new business opportunities in international markets using deep industry insights and market trends.
  • Revenue Growth: Own the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing, driving consistent revenue growth across diverse geographies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers offering tailored software and SaaS solutions that address client needs.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct competitor and industry analysis to develop informed go-to-market strategies.
  • Strategic Communication & Branding: Collaborate with marketing teams to drive visibility and engagement, lead initiatives across PR, corporate communications, and social media to build brand credibility and influence.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent us at global events, industry panels, and media opportunities to position us as a leading software and SaaS partner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • − 2+ years of experience in software services and SaaS sales with a proven track record in strategic business development across regions.
  • − Strong expertise in corporate communications, PR, and social media with the ability to craft and deliver compelling brand narratives.
  • − Excellent consultative selling skills and a deep understanding of software solution lifecycles.
  • − Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and navigate complex business environments.
  • − Experience working in cross-functional teams and in multicultural, international business settings.
  • − Outstanding verbal and written communication in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
