Technical Content Manager and Team Lead

As a seasoned leader, you will oversee the review, validation, and maintenance of our extensive library of technical tutorials. Your expertise in SysAdmin, DevOps, or software engineering will guide your team in creating high-quality content that empowers developers.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Strategy & Optimization: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy to ensure tutorials meet both technical and editorial excellence.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Mentor and develop a team of developer content specialists focused on content maintenance, workflow optimization, and quality assurance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with our SEO team and other Developer Content teams to align content maintenance strategies with growth needs.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish systems to track team outputs and the performance of maintained content.
Requirements:
  • Technical Background: Experience in SysAdmin, DevOps, or software engineering, with proficiency in cloud computing, scripting languages like Python or Bash, and Markdown/GitHub workflows.
  • Content Expertise: Strong writing and editing skills with experience in technical content creation, developer documentation, or community-driven content.
  • SEO & Analytics Knowledge: Familiarity with keyword research, search performance analysis, and content optimization strategies.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven ability to manage and grow a team of technical writers or content specialists.
  • Highly Organized: Ability to manage multiple content projects, prioritize effectively, and improve editorial workflows.
