Additional Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field from a recognized institution.
12+ years of experience in automation, with a proven track record of leading large-scale automation initiatives in a technology-driven environment.
At least 8+ years of leadership experience, managing cross-functional teams, and driving successful automation projects.
Demonstrated success in transforming complex business processes into automated, streamlined workflows that drive measurable efficiency gains.
