About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in developing and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions that enhance our product offerings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, with experience in developing models using advanced algorithms and techniques. You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to deploy these models in production environments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Optimize Machine Learning Models: You will design, develop, and optimize machine learning models across various domains, including computer vision, NLP, time series, and recommendation systems.

  • Build Recommendation Engines: You will build and optimize recommendation engines using collaborative filtering, content-based, and hybrid approaches.

  • Develop Chatbots: You will develop chatbots leveraging prompt engineering, RAG-based approaches, and advanced NLP techniques (intent detection, sentiment analysis, response generation).

  • Design and Deploy ML Pipelines: You will design, deploy, and monitor ML pipelines and frameworks in production environments.

  • Monitor and Evaluate Model Performance: You will continuously monitor and evaluate ML model performance, optimizing for scalability and efficiency.

  • Build RESTful APIs: You will build RESTful APIs for model serving using FASTAPI/Flask frameworks.

  • Collaborate with Software Engineering Teams: You will collaborate with software engineering teams to integrate ML models into applications and systems.

  • Manage Deployments: You will manage deployments using CI/CD pipelines and MLOps best practices.

  • Lead and Mentor Team Members: You will lead and mentor a team of ML engineers, providing technical guidance and support.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience required.

  • Strong problem-solving and software engineering skills.

  • Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming and SQL.

  • Hands-on experience with Python's scientific computing ecosystem (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, matplotlib).

  • Deep understanding of the Machine Learning Lifecycle and models:

    • Supervised (classification, regression)

    • Unsupervised (anomaly detection, clustering, dimensionality reduction)

  • In-depth knowledge of computer vision and deep learning algorithms, including object detection and image recognition.

  • Familiarity with Time Series modeling techniques (ARIMA, exponential smoothing, Prophet, XGBoost, LightGBM).

  • Practical experience in ML model optimization for performance and scalability.

  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, etc.

  • Good understanding of mathematics and statistics relevant to machine learning.

  • Hands-on experience with version control systems like GIT.

  • Experience using Docker for containerization.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and MLOps practices.

  • Familiarity with model serving techniques and frameworks.

  • Experience in building scalable ML solutions in production environments.
