We are seeking a Customer Sales Representative to join our team.
- Key responsibilities include managing large amounts of incoming calls, identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools, meeting personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas, handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; following up to ensure resolution, keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts and filing documents.
This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities and developing strategies to increase sales revenue.
The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, be able to think critically and creatively, and possess excellent analytical and negotiation skills. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
