About the Role

The successful candidate will be a key team member of our Finance department, playing a crucial role in effective communication with vendors, reconciling outstanding accounts payable balances, and analyzing fleet usage history against supplier data.

In addition to these responsibilities, the accountant will be responsible for preparing accounts receivable by collecting supporting documents, reconciling transitory accounts, and suppliers' statements of accounts. Any fluctuations or variances will need to be reported.

This position also involves supporting the Accounting & Finance Manager and performing other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with vendors
  • Reconcile outstanding accounts payable balances
  • Analyze fleet usage history against supplier data
  • Prepare accounts receivable by collecting supporting documents
  • Reconcile transitory accounts and suppliers' statements of accounts
  • Report any fluctuations or variances
  • Support the Accounting & Finance Manager
