We are seeking an experienced Business Expansion Officer to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and outreach initiatives.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development & Management: Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners to secure new projects and collaborations.
- Proposal Development & Bid Strategy: Develop compelling proposals and bid strategically on freelance platforms to win projects for the team.
- Account Management & Growth: Manage existing client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and develop tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Market Intelligence & Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, analyze market data, and inform business strategy to drive growth.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or revenue growth in the IT/software development industry.
- Strong understanding of freelance/job platforms and ability to leverage them effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive results.
- Knowledge of web development, AI, and automation solutions is a plus.
