Tax Expert

We are seeking a seasoned tax professional to establish and manage our taxation section, ensuring compliance with business and legal requirements for direct and indirect taxes.
Responsibilities- Establish Taxation Section: Develop and implement a taxation strategy that aligns with business objectives, ensuring accurate and timely submission of returns and statements.
- Lead Team and Training: Foster a high-performing team by developing training resources and providing coaching to achieve desired levels of work.
- Review Accounting Processes: Ensure 100% compliance with applicable laws and regulations by reviewing accounting processes and SOPs.
- Guide Corporate Tax Planning: Provide expert guidance on corporate tax planning to management, ensuring optimal tax strategies are implemented.
- Coordinate Tax Audits: Respond promptly to tax audit or monitoring notices, coordinating with consultants as needed.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in taxation, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a reputable organization. A CA or ICMA qualification is essential, with good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to review and analyze complex financial data. Experience working in a consultancy firm or industry would be highly beneficial.
