Sales Leadership Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our organization as an Assistant Manager of Sales. This role involves leading a team of sales agents and driving property sales.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Team Management: Manage and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets.
  2. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  3. Sales Performance Monitoring: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report on sales performance to senior management.
  4. Agent Training and Support: Provide ongoing training and support to sales agents to improve their skills and knowledge.
  5. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to increase property sales.
  6. Client Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners to foster long-term business relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and management.
  • Proven track record of success in sales.
  • Effective leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
