We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Manager of Sales to join our team at [Company Name]. The Assistant Manager of Sales will be responsible for managing a team of sales agents and driving property sales within our company.

In this role, the Assistant Manager of Sales will be responsible for setting sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and providing ongoing coaching and support to the sales team. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in sales and management, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  1. Managing and motivating a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets
  2. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base
  3. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and reporting on sales performance to senior management
  4. Providing ongoing training and support to sales agents to improve their skills and knowledge
  5. Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans to increase property sales
  6. Building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners to foster long-term business relationships
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  2. 3-5 years of experience in sales and management
  3. Proven track record of success in sales, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities and close deals
  4. Effective leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  6. Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
  7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  8. Understanding of the real estate market and sales process
  9. Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
